I saw Buffy play in a music festival in Chene Park, Detroit (July 8, 2000).

It was a really good show! She opened with "Piney Wood Hills," my favorite, and also played "Cripple Creek," "Universal Soldier" and "Until It's Time For You To Go." And a great song I hadn't heard before about kids and how they tend to eat used gum and pick their noses and whatnot. That was probably the best of the set.

She played for about an hour, and stuck around afterwards, meeting people. She's really nice and amiable, and she signed our album I'm Gonna Be A Country Girl Again.

Not to mention she was wearing some kick-ass leather pants!
